Welcome to the Ember App & The Ember Communicator, tools designed to assist people with disability or who are vulnerable during an emergency. The Owner, The Flagstaff Group has taken all care in consultation with emergency professionals and subject matter experts in compiling this information.

In no event shall The Flagstaff Group be liable for any damages, whatsoever, where in an action or contract, negligence or other action arising out of or in connection the use of this tool or information.

This privacy statement applies to all users whose personal information is collected in the course of filling out an emergency plan. We are committed to protecting your privacy and it will not be shared with another party. Information is stored in a secure server in Australia in a manner consistent with the Privacy Act 1988. Personal information is only collected to manage your registration and statistical usage data for the App.

The Flagstaff Group Ember app stores and processes personal data that you have provided for your emergency plan. It is not used for any other purpose. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and password to the app secure and your emergency plan up to date.

The contents of the App, all data, information, text, graphics, videos, links and other materials provided as a resource to our app users are meant to be for safety and informational purposes only.
